Since this is a language course, the content will based in some adapted materials taken from newspapers presenting in a critical way some manifestations of Spanish culture from 1975 to the present, emphasising the informal aspects that hardly have a reference in the canonical understanding of culture. The materials of the course will be read and discussed during the class. Students’ participation is expected, especially through debates after the different chapters. Additionally, a formal presentation should be done, either about one of the topics of the syllabus or about any other topic that the student is interested in.
